Passion
Finding My Passion
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help people feel their best and live a happy, health life. I acquired three post-graduate degrees at university in an effort to discover my passion. The Masters in Counselling Psychology and Bachelors in Kinesiology allow me to pursue a career aligned with the goal of helping people overcome their physical and mental health challenges.
In addition to my education, I also spent time learning about life and myself through my meditation practices. My therapeutic approach and my practice evolved out of my desire to help people, my training and education, and my personal spiritual evolution.
It was the combination of all my education, training, and lived experiences that led the way for an integrative therapeutic approach that heals the mind, body, and emotions. I am truly grateful to be able to do this work and share myself with you all in this way.
I will always strive to give you my most authentic self and am committed to helping you meet your goals, walking with you on your journey of healing, and helping you navigate through various life challenges.
Hobbies and Interests
There is something so beautiful and peaceful about being in silence with yourself. I frequently enjoy curling up with a cup of tea, meditating when I feel inspired, going for a hike to reconnect with nature, or baking a gluten-free treat in my kitchen.
Food can be very healing and I love to learn about nutritional sciences and try various foods which feed the body, mind, and soul. In addition to learning about nutrition and diet, I also enjoy learning and practicing the energy healing arts. In my spare time, I also enjoy listening to music, being in nature, practicing Indian classical dance, drawing, writing poetry, and spending time with loved ones.
Completing house improvement projects is another one of my pastimes. I have a profound affection for animals and have had several pets throughout the years, including my present dog, Rocky. I hope this helps you get to know me a bit better.
